I’ll forgive you if you’ve never heard of the band Pomegranates, because they slipped through my musical cracks as well. It’s a shame because their type of indie rock fits well with all the bands I already like and I wish I could have been enjoying them sooner. I guess that’s funny how life works out, when people with similar tastes come into your life, they help fill you in on what you’re missing out on. Anyway, Pomegranates put a nice emphasis on the mood and atmosphere of their songs, which makes it sound almost like post-rock. You can listen to their album Everybody, Come Outside! right here.
